Last updated: 1 August 2026. These terms cover your use of TallyBench — the calculators, the articles, and the embeddable widgets. Everything on this site is free, and there is nothing to buy here.
TallyBench is operated by Venros Tech ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can reach us at any time at helpdesktallybench@gmail.com.
Every calculator and article here is free, with no account and no sign-up. You may use the tools for personal, educational or commercial purposes without asking permission and without payment.
What you may not do: scrape or bulk-download the site, republish our articles or calculator explanations as your own, present the tools as if they were yours, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the site. If you want a calculator on your own pages, use the embed described below — that is what it is there for.
The calculators and articles are provided for general information and estimation only. They are not professional financial, tax, medical, legal or investment advice, and no relationship of adviser and client is created by your using them.
Formulas follow standard, publicly documented methods, but every result depends entirely on the figures you enter and on assumptions that may not match your circumstances. Rates, tax brackets, contribution limits and eligibility rules change over time and differ by country. Verify anything that matters against the official source, and speak to a qualified professional before acting on a number you got here.
We check our formulas and cite primary sources where an article makes a factual claim, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is accurate, complete or current. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it — that is genuinely useful to us and to everyone else using the tool.
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Figures you type into them are not transmitted to us, stored on a server, or visible to anyone but you. What we do collect, and the advertising cookies used on the site, are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may embed any calculator on your own site using the snippet on the embed page, including on commercial sites, at no cost. The conditions are simple: keep the visible TallyBench attribution and its link intact, don't modify the widget to misrepresent where the results come from, and accept that the embed is provided as is — we may change or discontinue it, and we don't guarantee uptime or availability. Everything in "This is information, not advice" above applies equally to results shown inside an embed on your site.
The text, design, code and branding of TallyBench belong to us. The underlying mathematical formulas do not — those are standard published methods that nobody owns, and you are free to use them. Short quotations from our articles with attribution and a link are fine; wholesale copying is not.
The site is free to use and is funded by display advertising through Google AdSense. Advertisers do not influence which calculators we build or what our articles say, and no calculator input or result is shared with them. Cookie use and your opt-out options are set out in the Privacy Policy.
We link to external sources — tax authorities, central banks, regulators and similar — so you can check figures yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site — including financial loss, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions made using a calculator result or an article. Because the site is provided free of charge, no amount has been paid that could form the basis of a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms may be updated as the site changes or as legal requirements change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute — subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
