A calculator that returns the wrong number is worse than no calculator at all. If you have found one, this is the fastest way to get it fixed.
That address reaches the people who build and maintain the tools, not a ticket queue. It is the only contact channel — there is no phone line and no live chat, because a two-person operation answering the phone badly is worse than answering email properly.
This is the one we most want to hear about, and it takes priority over everything else on the list. Please include the page you were on, the values you entered, the figure the calculator gave, and the figure you expected. The last two matter more than they sound: most reports turn out to be a difference in what the two of us are measuring rather than an arithmetic fault, and the expected figure is what makes that visible. Tax thresholds move, central banks change rates, and repayment schemes get replaced. Our articles carry the date they were last updated, but an article that says "as of August 2026" is still wrong the day after the rule changes. If you spot one, say which figure has moved and, if you have it, where the new one is published. A link to the official source is worth more than any amount of argument.
Requests genuinely shape what gets built next — several of the India tax tools exist because somebody asked. The useful version of this email explains the decision you are trying to make, not just the tool you want. "I need to know whether to prepay my loan or invest the difference" tells us far more than "please build a prepayment calculator", and often the answer is that the tool already exists under a name you would not have searched for.
Every calculator here is free to embed, with no sign-up, no key, and no attribution requirement — one line of HTML. The embed page covers the whole process. Write to us if you hit something it does not answer, or if you need a size or a default that the standard embed does not offer.
Nothing you type into a calculator on this site is transmitted or stored — the arithmetic happens in your browser and the numbers never leave it. That means there is normally no personal data of yours for us to look up, export or delete, because we never received any in the first place. Advertising and analytics cookies are a separate matter and are set out in the Privacy Policy; write to us if you have a question that page does not cover.
Same address. We do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored links, or link exchanges, so those emails will not get a reply — not out of rudeness, but because the answer is always no and a polite decline still trains the sender to try again.
TallyBench is run by a small independent team, not a company with a support department, and it is honest to say so rather than promise a service level we cannot hold. In practice a reported calculation error gets looked at within a day or two, because those are the ones that matter. Feature requests and general questions can take a week. If something is urgent and you have not heard back, sending the email again is fine and will not annoy anyone.
